As I got bored and Hannah happen to be free, I thought I might as well complete my Dark Tomb Entry Quest. I had been facing difficulty reaching Karabakh Boss as I keep getting kill by the poison mist along the Lab corridor, I was thinking of asking Hannah to go to the location and then recall me there. But she doesn't seem to understand the game plan and we end up using her to clear the mobs along the path for me while I follow behind her to reach the location.

It was still not easy for me as I only manage to complete the quest with about one third HP left, and we actually screw up by killing Ramslo for the next quest thinking that was the objective. She went to buff Akashi as he had been waiting long while we are trying to find our way inside Lab, she also went to look for a Raid Reset Card so that we could try killing other Boss to see if I manage to complete the quest.

She thought I should be killing Palpiti instead but that doesn't work too, instead it indicate the completion of another quest. I got no choice but to ask for some help at world chat and I was lucky enough to find god still awake and he hint that I should go up the ramp behind Ramslo. After the third try we finally found out that we do not need to kill any Boss but just to find the NPC behind Ramslo in a well hidden secret room.

I finally able to enter Dark Tomb and decided to go try it out to see how difficult it is, Hannah notice that I lose a lot of HP and start to worry. After some discussion with her, she think I should try to increase my HP Steal Accessory from 15% to about 25% or 30% and also increase my HP from 60K to about 100K. I also seek god opinion about it but he say he manage to survive with just 62K HP but with 35% HP Steal.

I start to sort out my accessory and start looking for some higher level Coral, manage to get 30% HP Steal and a few Level 14 Chaos Coral. Hannah give me two Level 15 Chaos Coral to help and Jassy give my two Level 11 Chaos Coral too, Jassy told me she also facing difficulty finding regular Coral and had to do with just Level 5 instead. I took her advice with serious thought and decide to give it a try and then slowly find the Coral later.

As Akashi is asking about whether Muta Accessory is good or not, Hannah insist that I should take one of her 85% Stone Resistance one as she still got two more for her own use. I had to sacrifice 5% of HP Steal for the Stone Resistance, but she say it will be better on long run, I thought since I had already got everything ready I might as well give it a try to see if it work.

Finally manage to get my HP to 100k as expected after the jewel event, I decided to go Dark Tomb to try out the new setup. So far I think it is so much better than before and I should be able to do some farming on the coming Christmas Event, I will try to look for more Coral to increase my HP to about 200K later so that I would be able to tank the Halloween Boss next year.

25% off all stuffs on Item Mall, the Safe Socket Scroll would have been 20 Fawkes Gems cheaper if I would have wait for the event to start before I send it to Elvis as a gift. But since he need it urgently and the Black Friday Sales will be running for the next three days, I could still make good use of the opportunity to save some Fawkes Gems with my purchase.

The Level 120 Jump Box seem very attractive with a cheaper price of 125 Fawkes Gems Discount over the reduce special sales price, decided to get three for my remaining buffs toons so that I will be able to give buffs to my existing buff toons too. Found out that the Loyalty Rewards doesn't really give all the stuffs listed on the page but some had to choose between two or three different item, since it is the first time I try it out it doesn't really matter much to me at all as I just had to choose the stuffs I need carefully the next time I claim it.

Continue my regular trolling as usual using my knowledge of movie I watch and some small amount of imagination, usually it will make other players speechless and maybe some rolling on the floor laughing. Some might feel awkward when they are unable to counter or reply to my trolling, but after some time I guess they will slowly get use to it and pretend they never see it or just add my toons to their ignore list.

Aphelion:

Finally manage to get Goofy to switch my Ex Rogue wing which had turn into Night Shadow due to recent patch, I had heard about this issue long time back but never expect it to happen to me. The same goes for the buff pets glitch that happen when they are in Pet Fairy, I didn't know about it until Warth show me the screen shot when it happen to him. As they are having the Black Friday Package again, I was thinking if I should get it so that I can use the Reborn Skip on my other two alternate.

I will not be using them much so it is the same situation I face for my other alternate which I only use to try out the skills since it doesn't really make much different whether I perk them or not. It is not that I do not have enough of stuffs to do that but I feel it will be more useful to those newbies who had just started out on this game. I was surprised that they still give only six Reborn Skip for the $200 Package when we need eight Reborn to get permanent buff, I will wait for Goofy to post the final list for the Package before I decide to get two $200 Package or one $200 and one $400 Package as I would need at least 16 Reborn Skip for my two alternate.

As I had been keeping my wife company for the past two days on her off day, I didn't really pay much attention to the world chat. Most of the time I am AFK for Attendance as there are nothing interesting happening without any good event. Just chat a bit with god as he seem a bit lonely as Jassy had went oversea for vacation, just let him know that I had recharge some Fawkes Gems to get some Xmas Deer and might try to get the 185 Jump Box from the Loyalty Rewards as I will use the Level 15 Jewels to improve my Level 170 Set for my Royal Knight.

As I am not really into costume I thought I might as well give it to him, Jassy would like to see his knight wear skirt but both of us agree that the Nurse Costume will look much better on Jassy Healer. As he doesn't had much gold left after getting the Easter Bunny from me, I told him I can accept Heaven Stone Grade 5 as payment too as I will need about 300 of them to upgrade six Level 61 +15 Weapon to +30 for my alternate.

Akashi had been obsessed with getting weapon and armor from Skeleton General and then later from Ramslo, he had been obsessed with getting B6 seal on all his gear at any level when he was playing on his alternate Lancelot. I would agree with Athena on the non important of the seal for gear from Level 73 to Level 157 as we usually switch their class a lot for leveling toons of different class, but there are players like Kingston and Kley who spend all their gold on Golden Magnifying Glass just for their obsession in getting good seal on their gears.

As there is a Pet XP event active since yesterday night, I thought I might as well log in early with my pet leveling toon to take advantage of the event. But I got kind of turn off when I see Peanut which I think is Kingston alternate trying to bully Avatar for his conspiracy theory topic again, and the Game Sage who doesn't seem to know much about the game also doesn't really seem to help much on the situation.

A lot of players had quit and went to private server due to Smokey targeting them and taking it personally by abusing his power to give out temporally ban, at first I thought those players might had some issue themselves but I found out that he also start targeting other players when those that he had target before no longer play on this server. Guess they should choose their Game Sage wisely as those which seem to had personality issue will only bring more harm to the gaming community.

I usually like to troll a few of them, especially the Seven Wonders of Horizon who think they own the server after declaring they are the only seven active players on the server. They didn't realize that there are like about 20 or more OG players who had 100 times more stuffs than me are lurking behind and laughing at them when they are stuck with their loyalty rewards stuffs unable to sell them even they try to lower the price.

I had been giving them a slap in their face by giving out a lot of stuffs for free, but I had been fair to even give some to them or those whom I dislike. I had ask if Warth would be willing to give me all his stuffs on this server since he, Anaq and Weed are not coming back, but he doesn't seem to accept the ideas and rather let the stuffs go to waste as a form of revenge. I guess I can't really blame him much after Zekkan refuse to return him the +30 Weapon and Battle Bear which he had lend him to help him with his leveling, even Moza start to throw temper at him after he refuse to give her some PBI for free.

He also never bother to chat with Zekkan much even after they met at Phoenix server, but I am not sure why he would rather stay there for good when Horizon and Aphelion seem so much better. Goofy had also been neglecting Aphelion since he put most of his focus on Phoenix, Didine had been running the show for him on Aphelion with the help of few remaining Game Master and Game Sage. As the Anti Cheat system for Phoenix is causing issue for my other Game Client, I had not been log on much as I didn't really enjoy the unsuitability it cause when it recognize my other game client as its own and add them to the quota limit that it set for maximum game client allowed.

Season of Giving:

Give away a lot of stuffs, guess Zed got the most. Gonad and Avatar realize the joy of giving after they know me, and they had been doing same since then. It had become a tradition on Horizon, and by paying it forward others might follow too. Manage to tag with Elvis to make fun of Rammy, guess both of us got a good sense of humor.

Aphelion:

A newbie name Shadow need help in leveling, give him some XP stuffs to help with it. A lot of other players also chip in some stuffs to help him too, it had been a great community spirit on both server. I got him the 185 Box and some Rune from Extreme Juno Affinity Shop to help him with his leveling, didn't know that the Newbie Quest for 185 Box stop working after they remove Four Realms Map. Found out that the Promo Code also doesn't seem to work, had inform Goofy about it and hope he will fix it soon.

Since there is 500% XP and SP Event, I thought it will be a good time to finish leveling my War Master Simply Red to Level 111. I manage to hit my target and get it done within 6 hours with 2 hours doing SP Farming getting about 14K SP on Sassy. It was not smooth sailing all the way as I forgot about rebuffing Eliz Buff before I enter Tomb at Level 60 and it expire just a few minutes after I enter Tomb.

Met Spider Chaser while at Zombie and he just here to gain two level to be lock at Level 77 for TOF I think as there are no spider in Tomb. I am able to go TOF at Level 20 after I get my Event Weapon from the Guardian System, most would have do so after getting the Level 31 Set and doing Class Change to learn more passive skill.

The Back Pack Quest at Level 60 can also be done before going Tomb but I prefer to do it later as I do not want to waste the precious pot which will be more purposeful to be use in Tomb. Very proud of myself as I still got 7 LI and LSP with more than 400 XPB left after hitting Level 111, usually it will consume 2 LSP for SP Farming and 4 LI for leveling without any event.

I got debuff Anubis Occultist the moment I reach Sphinx Commander as  I forgot to switch my AOE Skill to Single Target, but that doesn't really matter to me much as my determination to level and the hassle to run all the way with Anubis Archer to stun you is way worst to me. I could have get some cure from Magician Coen or transfer some Curse Removal Scroll from my Raid Boss Hunter which had been farming them during event but it will waste some time as I did not plan for that in advance. And since I am killing zombies and they don't have a dog pet, I guess I will just accept pony.

My Level 121 Night Shadow had been complete few months ago with using of Level 120 Jump Box and killing a few mob to try out the gear setup. The Level 137 Witch still at Level 130 waiting for GM Buffs to complete the Mond Entry Quest in Floriam Cave, actually it doesn't really need to complete that as it is meant for farming in Trivia Valley but I thought it would be nice to be able to use for pet leveling in Tairan like the Level 164 Ex Ranger.

The Level 164 Ex Ranger is now Level 131 waiting for Pet XP Event before it level a few Polar Bear into Nanook or Lizard into Battle Kai, I had level two Elephant to Level 60 for Buffs using my Level 150 Cleric while leveling her from Level 130 to Level 150 in Tairan. I had use Level 120 Jump Box for those toons that I plan to get pass Level 120 and those I plan for Level 130 or higher will hit Level 127 with Vlad Quest and then level to Level 130 for Mond Entry Quest at Sorcerer at Travia Valley.

My gaming style might be a bit different from usual but I prefer to farm for stuffs or level pet instead of grinding, that is the main reason I still prefer to use my low level toons for most events which can farm other stuffs while spawning raid boss for a more efficient game play in my opnion. This will serve as a good leveling guide for newbie if they start whining about how hard the game be.

Gonads is back, he appear on world chat while I am recording the last raid boss video. I finish up what I am doing and went to Channel 3 to spend some time with him before I sleep. I am using Level 33 Royal Knight for Balrog at Elder Drake, Level 53 Assassin for Skippy at Sally, Level 67 Royal Knight for Kami at Sphinx and Level 87 Witch for Goldie at Ghost. 

The trick to spawn them is to kill mobs for about 15 mins, it spawn every 2 hours. But I notice it can be about 20 mins and 2.5 hours to 3 hours too, usually it is depend on the number of kill on same channel. It extend the respawn time to 2.5 hours after 3 kills and then extend to 3 hours after another 3 kills. I am about to confirm this theory when I play on recommended server where not much players are hunting them, so I manage to get the data after hunting them at 5 different channel. Usually it is easier to spawn them at Channel 1 and 6 as there are less players, I never did Channel 4 because it doesn't allow the use of pet.

 I manage to finish the video on Temple of Forgetfulness the next day after I complete the video for the Wedding Ceremony on Aphelion. The next two video will be showing Elvis killing Ramslo in Tairan and Polster and Jassy killing all the six Elemental Boss at six different locations. (Manage to complete the video when Elvis is going to kill Rammy and then Jassy is ready for Elem Boss just after I finish dinner, honor to have Krystael Dagger to join us in the Elem Boss Hunt)

There are three boss to kill, Level 73 Barren Eise, Level 75 Blood Terrian and Level 77 Erebus. Did it with Level 67 Royal Knight. Good place to level from Level 31 to Level 70 after getting the Level 33 +15 Weapon and Level 30 to 32 +15 Armor Set, changing of Dual Class also allow learning of some addition passive skill which help a lot. You will get Level 50 +10 Set at Level 50 when you complete the Guardian System, you will also get Level 61+15 Weapon and Level 60 to 62+15 Armor Set at Level 60. 

Have to collect 4 different in the 4 different rooms with spiders to open the box at Barren Eise, there is also a box at the end of the tunnel between the 3rd and 4th room with the Cure for Polluted Air. The moment you enter the room with temple specimen you will be under a curse which make your toon die after 10 mins, the timer will reset when you leave the room and enter again. You can either use the cure to remove the curse or kill fast enough and leave the room before the 10 mins timer is up. I had always thought the cure was for the path with fire pillar when I first start, guess I had been very lucky .

Aphelion:

Finally manage to level up Mercury Venus to Level 220, decided to bring forward the Wedding Ceremony by 9 hours. I did invite others to join but I guess it was kind of an odd hour for them. For the wedding procedure both toons need to be at the same level and need to have wedding proposal ring. Need to have each other added on Friend List and need to be on Channel 1. Not sure if it is a glitch, one of the toon will be teleported to the quest area. Kind of like The Runaway Bride.

Aphelion:

Olympus Killer need to complete his Antique Affinity for Egeha, since I had already finish making my Boss Summon video I might as well give him the Summon Scroll to help him with it. I also give him the 30 Affinity Booster which took me few months to farm as the drop rate is low, since he is asking about Gold Drop and Immortal Boss I also give him some Gold Stabilizer and Immortal Boss Speed Ptoion. I was lucky that my toons are name after Roman Mythology and not Greek, if not he might kill me.

Ex Ranger is Level 216 while Arch Wizard is Level 218, seem like Arch Wizard can level up faster due to the wider range for AOE. Usually both can reach Level 205 on first day doing 2 hours each, then they will reach Level 210 on day two. The third and fourth day start to show some different with Ex Ranger only gaining three level while Arch Wizard gaining five level. It become slower from Level 216 onward by gaining one level per day, at this rate I should be able to complete the wedding for my main and alternate by weekend.

Decided to level up a few of my alternate from Level 175 to 200 to try out the different Level 190 AOE Skill for different class. As I had already level up the more popular dual class for each class, this time is to level up the less popular dual class for each class. I will explain in details about how their skills contribute greatly to their popularity.

Usually for PVE most players prefer to choose Magic class because of their AOE, Melee class are usually better for single target like killing boss. 

The best Magic class are as follows:

As we can see the main quality for choosing AOE skills are Range and Targetless, without these two quality the skill is rather useless.

The duration for leveling range from about 2 hours to about 30 minutes during weekend double XP event, the main reason been most of the alternate are not perk as they are seldom use other than testing. The lack of 1000% Insane XP Spell also one of the main reason and the lack of pot to increase damage being one of the other reason too.

But overall the whole process went smoothly while I manage to complete all within half the time I expected, it became faster after the first try when I know what I had to prepare before I start to speed up the process.

I usually prepare the Level 185 Set to be swap at Level 182, the Level 190 AOE Skill Book is another critical point too. After equip 185 Set and learn the Level 190 AOE the remaining ten level become much faster.

Max Payne:

Halloween Event had end, manage to kill Halloween Boss Grimvine Jack. I am not sure why they prefer Stone over Stun, but I know they did try Snare. Stone seem to miss a lot and the Boss AOE will debuff us, so most of the time we are just relying on pots. Need a Temple Knight with 200K HP to tank while Cleric heal when the Boss hit 120K.

Phoenix:

Help Warth and Anaq kill World Boss as Anaq Stone doesn't seem to work and Warth Night Shadow always miss. They told me that nobody will be able to survive the Boss without Stun as it hit hard with 200K to 300K. I manage to level to Level 158 and the Phoenix Pet manage to level to Level 85. It is a slow and painful grind as I do not have much resource, I would be more attach to it if they make it easier to get stuffs.

Warth and Anaq had been helping me a lot with stuffs as they are more regular here, guess that is their way of repaying the kindness that I had show them when they first went to Aphelion. I am not sure if one day both they and Weed might decide to stay here for good and dump all their stuffs from Horizon and Aphelion to me.

I still hope they will play multiple servers like me as it will be able to enjoy whichever server with better event. But it is very hard to split the attention between two servers as it is much better to focus on just one server. I am still more toward Aphelion and Horizon mainly because one is easy while the other got better events, guess I will be quitting this server when I reach Level 165 and manage to level Phoenix Pet to Level 100 for Mount.

Aphelion:

New patch had remove Four Realm and make leveling easier at Mushroom Land, the Extreme Juno Rune which require 5K of Animal Heart, 1K to 2K of Paragon and Essence had become available in Affinity Shop for just 2B. The Level 165 Box had also been change to Level 185 in a move to make it easier for Newbie, a lot of players are disappointed with the new patch as they are expecting more content for high level.

As it is a good chance to make use of the new patch to level my toon, I had make a few hard decision to reorganize them which will cause a lot of issues. As I had manage to get a lot of Wedding Ring, I start to pair up a few of my Level 200 toon for the buff, so far I only manage to complete for Arch Wizard and Specialist, Royal Knight and Ex Ranger, Night Shadow and Archer.

I start leveling my main to Level 220 in two days over a duration of about 16 hours, manage to get two B8 Gear as the drop rate is bad. The Wonder Map is divided into four zone, Beach, Ice, Desert and Forest, each area had mobs to drop different gear and Giant Boss to drop wing. Beach drop Gloves, Ice drop Pants, Desert drop Boots and Forest drop Helmet and Shirt.

I decided to switch my Ex Assassin to Ex Ranger as it will be able to provide Wedding Buff to my main while it is doing Immortal Boss, I might plan to make it a PVP toon later if I manage to get the gear and accessory. I decided to change my Elemetalist to Arch Wizard as I want to had high level toon on all different account, it will be better for future expansion and if one day my wife might decide to play again.

I try the Level 200 Jump Pot on Ex Assassin as it will reset the Dual Class, I manage to level my new Arch Wizard from Level 175 to Level 200 in just ten minutes in Mushroom Land. Now my main is short of Boots and Wing and I got to farm for Ex Rogue and Arch Mage gears while I complete the Affinity. The leveling is fast at start with five levels upon completion of one daily quest, Jelly Fish at the Beach seem to be a good spot.

As the server did not have many active players, I did not encounter any Kill Steal like what Warth, Anaq and Weed had encounter before. I had always believe in doing the right thing at the right time to maximize the rewards with minimum effort.

Robocop:

Been catching Botter since Get Loose told us that he discover it at Merac. At first I thought it was my usual farming spot, but after visiting the location I realized that it was another location nearby. Both the location are good spot as the pumpkin spawn faster, but I prefer the other location as there are two pumpkin nearby to each other.

The one which Get Loose told us is XChardoX which is doing it at Channel 6, I found another one on Channel 5 which is named Mpox. XChardoX shift to Channel 2 after getting PK by Rick after he saw the Screen Shot which Get Loose posted and the Video I post. Another Rogue named Poetic Justice get PK by Rick too as he was nearby and could be the main toon monitoring his own bot.

Then drama started as batman claim Rick PK one of his friend and they start to PK each other alternate. But either way the whole PK drama is nothing related to the botter in my opinion. Sly had confirm that XChardoX is one of Rinsh alternate, but we are not sure if Mpox is in any way related. XChardoX is a Level 88 Arch Wizard and Mpox is a Level 71 Arch Wizard, from the video I can see that both are using Choas Nova AOE which is targetless.

XChardoX seem to have longer interval between the activation of skill, I think it is because he does not have any Skill Cool Down Reduction. But from the video it can be seen that both of them activate the skill before the pumpkin spawn and non of the active players would ever do so. They can argue that they are not really AFK as they might be monitoring it with another toon or using dual display.

Manage to win the Halloween Spooky Story Contest, the other player who won is Just Shot. Athena and Just Shot also won the Pumpkin Craving and Spooky Baking, Just Shot also won the Creepy Costume and Horror Film too. As there are not much players on both Horizon and Pandora, some prize are left unclaimed.

The prize for Spooky Story are 3 Safe Socket Scroll, 15 Legendary Scroll, 15 Socket Reset Card and 300 Curse Removal Scroll. Pumpkin Craving prize are +30 Weapon, 500 Pumpkin and Basket and 300 IDB and Gold Booster. Spooky Baking prize are 100 Strong Med, 500 Pumpkin and Basket and 300 IDB and Gold Booster. Creepy Costume prize are Costume, 500 Duration Extender, 500 Pumpkin and Basket. Horror Film prize are +30 Weapon, 500 Pumpkin and Basket and 300 IDB and Gold Booster.

 Guess the biggest winner is Just Shot, but that is what most people expected as he had always been very enthusiastic on taking advantage of anything that come along his way. Moza had been trying to buy Easter Bunny for 1B, who in the right mind would even sell something that value at around 20B to her at that price. A few of them had been thinking that they own the server after they found out that only 7 of them are active and had brought Fawkes Gems to get the Loyalty Rewards.

Future Improvement:

 After playing for so long I think there are a lot of area the game can be improved, for starter they can improve the Hit Rate for Royal Knight as the buff should be related to their strongest qualities. The Rogue can also be given Evasion Buff too, or even better a Drop Rate Buff. All Class should have Stun Skill and AOE Skill, for AOE Skill the private server had been doing well with this improvement.

Next is to work on the Pets, for official server the pet HP and Stats had been low which make most of them useless at higher level. The private server had been doing it well in this area and even surpass it by the introduction of AOE Pets until they Nerf it. The Pets can be further improve on both servers by giving them more useful skill as follows:

Wing Tiger Speed Mount with Earth AOE

Wing Serpent Speed Mount or Chinese Dragon with Wind AOE or Speed Buff

Giant Tortoise Mount with Defense Buff or Water AOE

Phoenix with Resurrection Skill or Fire AOE 

Ox or Bull with Stun Skill or Attack or Berserk Buff

Nine Tail Fox with Charm Skill or Fire AOE

 

Golden Monkey with Drop Rate Buff

Garuda Speed Mount with Lighting AOE

 They can make the pet system in a way where we can fight them as a Boss and tame them to become pet, they should be able to battle each other with the Elemental System which is a waste just because most players are unable to understand it. The removal of Elemental System and the overly focus on PVP Balance had cause the PVE players getting Nerf.

For the official server, they should make leveling of both toon and pets easier and make use of the existing quest rewards better to suit the progress. The Pictorial Book and Affinity System should be design in a way that progress with the leveling so that the players would not have to make new toon for farming the production material or XP Lock to complete the Affinity.

 The private server lack of events can be improve by using official server events as an example which ensure that there are different events every months. And they should not limit the events to only higher level with separate Event Map but make good use of low level map and their existing quest like the official server to help newbie learn more about the game and enjoy it more. The single path progression and limited option had make most players quit at lower level when they encounter difficulty.
