A New Beginning

The New Server Baium had been introduced, even though they are giving the same Experience, Gold and Equipment Boost on all Server but there are some stuffs that are only exclusive to New Server. Growth Box is one of the awesome boost, S Grade Red Rare Weapon at Level 1, S Grade Red Rare Armor at Level 10, Level 20, Level 80 and Level 100. With the possibility of getting Full Red Rare Weapon and Armor Set it will be very easy to fight Magical Monsters as the Weapon give 100% Bonus Damage and the Armor give 10% Reduction in Damage each which in total give 40% Reduction in Damage against Magical Monsters.

Although I had Level 150 Characters in Old Server with SR Grade Blue Rare Weapon and Armor Set which are good against other Players, but the New Server give a more attractive factors that all Players are starting from fresh which allow better boost in my Ranking. With the previous experience accumulated from the Old Server, I would be able to Level Up more efficiently and maintain a better Ranking and Status Boost.

Dion the Old Server which I had play on seem very empty after the Server Merge as compared to the other three Old Server. The advantage to remain there would be the lack of competition in Arena Ranking and Farming for Monsters Codex. I am planning to use the Red Diamonds to expand my Inventory Space to 500 first before I start drawing the 10 + 1 Rare Equipment Box as it will allow me to accumulate more stuffs when I farm Monsters Codex during AFK Auto Battle Mode.

I am able to reach Level 31 and do Class Transfer in just two days, and will be planning to do Monsters Codex Farming only after I had reach Level 55 when I had unlocked the last Summoning Stone for Mount Pet. I will be focusing on Bear Mount for Attack Boost this time instead of the Chocobo as Bear Summoning Stone are easier to get. May also consider Horse Mount for Defense Boost if Armor is not strong enough.

I usually prefer to open the Free Equipment Draw Box first, then I will proceed to complete the 15 Weekly Quests and Quest Scrolls before I do Arena Battle and Dungeons. I usually do Quest Scrolls after I had bind them into Grade A, the Dungeons are clear according to my preference of Daily, Tower, Arena, Exp, Equipment, Summoning Stone Extraction and Elite. Elite Dungeon was place last as I can set AFK Auto Battle Mode for the 30 minutes Hot Time, the second single boost skill set also ensure lower Portion consumption and efficient Monster Codex Farming.

Monsters Codex Farming give extra Boost to the Status, it also ensure getting more Achievement and better Items Drop. Levelling too fast will encounter difficulty at high level as Monsters are getting stronger, for Free to Play people like us which can never compare to those Pay to Win Players who can spend money to buy better equipment which provides them very good Status Boost and does not need to worry about stronger monsters at higher level.

I will also try to Combine Level 30 Grade A Equipment and try to complete the Blue Rare Set. The only setback in this game is the lack of Gold for most of the Upgrading especially getting Equipment to +30 as the failure rate are high after +10. Boss Monsters are also very much seek after as they give better drop, but the competition seem to be high on New Server as the population are mostly from all the Old Server.

Lineage II Revolution

I had decided to try out the game after seeing it at Google Play Store Top Chart for a very long period of time. It kind of use up a lot of resources for Mobile Devices and I experience my both my Mobile Phone and Tablet running hot after a certain period of game play. I had try to reduce the Graphic Resolution to resolve the issues and ensure a smoother game play on both my Mobile Devices but in the end I still stick to using Blue Stack Android Emulator for PC as the game require long hours of operation which is draining the battery of the Mobile Devices fast. But I must say that the Graphic Display for Mobile Devices did look a lot nicer with all the Marker Indicator and Skill Effects.

To start with the game setup you need to go to setting to get a few default modify, under the Game Tab set all to Normal and Show Effect to Show Only Me. Under the Device Tab I turn off all Volume and Notification as I do not want to disturb other when I play the game late at night. Under Battle Tab I set all Auto Potion and Healing to 30% to save up on the usage. The rest is up to personal preference and you can get 300 Red Diamonds on the Account Tab when you link your account to Google or Facebook, but take note that it is only a one time per account event.

I started off with my test subject Hydro (Human Warrior) on Mid June at Dion 2 Server and it is having a Aymel School Event for a week which will allow me to get two chance on the High Grade Equipment Summon Box at Level 9 (One is Free while the other is 120 Red Diamonds). I got a SR Grade Sword and Shield after three tries (If I do not get the Weapon of my choice I just delete the Character and start over, it took me an hour at first but later reduce to half hour after I realize that I can skip through most of the Game Tutorials and Animated Graphic Videos), this had determined the fate of Hydro to be a Paladin for the Class Change at Level 31. Hydro was lucky to get SR Grade Weapon at three tries, the second character Apollo Mars only manage to get Dual Sword for Warlord Class Change after twelve tries.

It was easy to get to Level 30 with just doing the Main Quest, Daily Routine like clearing 1 Daily Dungeon, Auto Clear Tower of Insolence, 30 Minutes Elite Dungeon, 2 Equipment Dungeon, 2 Adena Dungeon, 2 Experience Dungeon, 2 Summon Dungeon, 5 Battle Arena, 15 Weekly and 12 Daily Quests, 5 Quest Scrolls. I kind of pass on the Extraction Dungeon as I don't find it useful at all.

At Level 50 it will give you a Pet Bear Mount after completing the Main Quest, Summon Dungeon will let you get the items for Pet Mount Upgrade.

I usually spend the morning to clear all the Quests and Dungeons for Hydro, then I will spend the afternoon for Apollo Mars Quest and Dungeons. Night time will be getting the Monster Codex for Apollo Mars as the Auto Battle allow me to set it up and leave it running while I do my other stuffs.

The recent New Server Event give 1700 Red Diamonds for each account if you had two characters at Level 10, I had decided to start another two account with Mercury Venus (Dwarf Warrior Slayer) on Nox Android Emulator and Alpha Light (Human Warrior Warlord) on my Nvidia Shield Tablet. Future expansion will be Omega Darkness (Dark Elf Warrior Blade Dancer) and Nitro (Dark Elf Rogue Abyss Walker).

Dwarf Warrior Slayer is the best for Arena Battle as it had High HP and Defense, the Class Change with Dual Sword also allow high Speed and Damage. Human Warrior Paladin is also Over Power in Arena Battle due to it High Defense, but the Damage and Speed is less as compare to Dwarf Slayer. Dark Elf Warrior Blade Dancer is the most popular as it had High Damage and Critical but the Low HP and Defense seem to be a very big disadvantage even with the Speed of Dark Elf Rogue Abyss Walker. The other good choice are Elf Rogue Silver Ranger (Luna Venus) with Range and Speed Attack and Elf Mystic Spell Singer (Luna Mercury) with Area Of Effect Magic Spell.

A few tips on the game is to keep only Equipment of Grade A and above, level it to 30 and combine for higher Grade like S, R and SR. Try to complete the Monster Codex as every little bit of boost in status really count when it come to Arena Battle. Try to take it slow as fast leveling will cause your Grade to drop as compare to the Average Combat Power (CP) of same level players, A is the normal average while S, R and SR is superior and B and C is lower. When you encounter difficulty in clearing Quests, you should start working on getting better Equipment and boosting status.

I always use Einhasad Blessing which give 200% Experience from 60 minutes Login Rewards together with Soul Shot which increase Damage from 30 Minutes Login Rewards and Quest Scroll (Can Bind 5 Lower Grade into Higher Grade for Better Rewards) for Elite Dungeon to gain the most Experiences within the 30 minutes Hot Time. So Elite Dungeon is always leave it till the last after I complete all the Daily Quests and Dungeons.

Had deleted my old level 93 (Hydro Paladin), 88 Apollo Mars Warlord) and few 60 plus (Alpha Light Warlord, Luna Venus Silver Ranger, Mercury Venus Slayer) characters due to wrong Skill Point Allocation (Basic Skills useless after Class Transfer, should focus on Passive Skill and Class Skill instead, Slayer and Warlord also should use Pole Arm instead of Dual Sword for Passive Boost) about a month ago. Had started 4 new characters with Party Boost of Attack (Mercury Venus Slayer), Defense (Alpha Light Paladin), Speed (Nitro Abyss Walker) and Critical Damage (Luna Venus Spell Singer). Manage to get Clan to Level 6 with previous Clan Event where new update require Clan Hall to open Relic Box.

Just started another 4 new character for Party Boost of Attack (Omega Darkness Blade Dancer), Defense (Luna Mercury Temple Knight), Accuracy (Apollo Mars Hawk Eye) and Healing (Hydro Bishop). Had been farming Monster Cores for completing Monster Codex for better Status Boost and better Equipment, it had also help in maintaining better Character Grade with Achievement instead of the previously thought Combat Power. Initially was trying for Elder (Luna Mercury) and Silver Ranger (Luna Venus) but find that their Defense were too weak for Quests.
