 Halloween Event had started, they had made some minor changes to Halloween Boss. This year is Gourdra and it will drop the followings:

 

Premium+ Character Item (1 Hour),
Spirits of the Hollow - Title,
Candle x25,
Anniversary Candle x20,
Halloween Token x25,
Halloween Token Box x5,
Faction Booster x10,
Faction Iris x1

 

Not sure why they would want to change the Halloween Boss and the drops, as the previous one seem fine.  We already got a lot of Faction Iris from last year Christmas Snowflake Laca, guess the price of Fraction Iris will drop even more. The interesting one is the 1 hour Premium Character Plus, but seem like the drop rate is very low like the Spirit of the Hollow Title.

 

Decided to use a new toon for Halloween Event this year, as the previous one is sharing the same account with one of my Pet Leveler. As I doesn't want to affect the progress of Project Ferrari, I had already transfer all the Gears and Candy to the new toon when I completed Project Phoenix as I am using it to farm for Pictorial Book stuffs. I had plan to transfer the gears of most of my Raid Boss Hunters to Phoenix Toons, but most of them seem ok for now.

Been having a lot of Memory issue recently, decided to try out the Game Booster App. It help to keep the Anti Cheat and Browser from hogging the Memory which allow the Game Client to run smoother and prevent lags and disconnection. 

 

Osiris:

 

Finally manage to get Merchant Profession for one of the toon, able to sell the two Character Rename Card and get Merchant Profession for other three toons. Manage to get Accessory with 10% MP Steal and 50% Cool Down Reduction, decided to equip it on the toon which I am using for Temple of Forgetfulness.

 

Pandora:

 

Very hard to get the stuffs I need or sell any stuffs due to the lack of players, but I am able to farm gold and stuffs. Got to mix and match different Accessory to get the 10% MP Steal and 50% Cool Down Reduction, but I could always keep making new toons to benefit from the stuffs from Newbie Package. The good things about playing on EU Servers are that I am able to use the Buff Codes, it doesn't really run out like when I am playing on US Server. 

 

 

 

Pet Experience:

 

Horizon:

Had try out using Experience Pet to level P2 Pet using Pet Cool Down, from Level 1 to Level 40 still level normally. Start transferring experience from Exp Pet to P2 Pet from Level 40 onward with every kill and using Pet CD after that, it will need about 33 Pet CD to get to Level 50 and 63 Pet CD to reach Level 60. Manage to get two Kai to Battle and a Ursus to Nanook, now in progress of getting 4 more Elephant to Level 60 and 2 more Polar Bear to Nanook.

Try killing Christmas Boss with other players as usual, but the drop rate is bad with only Rick getting a Rein Deer Pet Collar after few days. That useless Game Sage had been trying to argue that the drops for Christmas Boss are different from Halloween Boss, it is that same as saying that the Christmas Candy are different from Halloween Candy. Christmas Event is just a Copy Cat of the Halloween Event, and as usual they try to boost about the minor changes as if they had put in a lot of effort into making the new patch.

The Seven Wonder of Horizon still continue to think they own the server as they continue to offer low price for buying stuffs, and the OG continue to laugh at them and keep their stuffs for their own use. We can see a lot of them are unable to get the stuffs they need during events, and the OG just ignore them and enjoy the fruits of their labor with all the stuffs they had save up over the years. And seem like a lot of them are also not prepared for the Advent Laca and start to envy the OG for getting so many good stuffs from it, guess they had only themselves to blame as they do not believe or listen to the OG advise when it was reveal to them few months before the event start.

 

Aphelion:

Manage to get another Rudolph with 20K Tokens, think should be able to get another 1 or 2 more before the event end. Now the issue is to save up enough gold to get the Curse Book for the Buff Skill, been using a lot for getting B8 gears for my Royal Knight, Ex Ranger and Arch Wizard.

As you can see to make the best of it you will need to spend $100 per month for a period of 3 months to get the most stuff up to 7000 Gems for Seasonal and 3 x Beginning and PVE at 2750 Gems and 2500 Gems. Some might go for PVP at 2600 Gems too if they like to do Castle Siege. It will flood the market with more cheap stuffs, only not sure if it was good or bad.

Christmas Event:

 Christmas Event had started, mob are dropping Cookie and Decoration. They had remove the Sharoyan, the NPC for Santa Puzzle to play Scissor Paper Stone. At least it help to free up 9 inventory space, but the Cookie is just like the Empty Basket for Halloween. There are 5 type of Christmas Candy instead of 6 for Halloween, guess they had run out of idea for new event. Other than the mentioned change, the rest is still the same.

They had Nerf the Laca Ball for White Token, Lvl 15 Jewel had been replaced with Lvl 5 Jewel. Jewel Protection Scroll had been replaced with Coin of Hero too, the Element of Iris still remain the same. Lvl 21 Weapon Manual give Coin of Hero, Magic Shield, Shield, Party Speed and Party Attack, Gold Bar give Coin of Master x 50, Big Snowman, Snowman, Golden Key and Golden Chest. Fox Tail give Affinity Booster, Affinity Seed, Sour Plum, Golden Key and Golden Chest. Fox Hide give Epic Exp Spell, Epic SP Spell, Super Haste Potion, Golden Key and Golden Chest.

I foresee there will be a lot of Party Potion and Affinity Booster by the time the event end, the Golden Chest is pretty useless but the Golden Key will help in opening the World Cup Festival Box. Guess other than farming stuff for the Laca Ball there are really nothing interesting for this Christmas Event, it is kind of disappointing as compare to other event. At least Rain Drop give better reward, Halloween had new Exp Pet and even Moon Cake Ingredient give good reward for Laca Ball.

 

P.S.:

Sharoyan NPC is still around, only instead of playing Scissor Paper Stone it become Wheel of Fortune. To play it we need to trade 15 Cookie for Santa Hat to wear it so that we can see Snow Pile and collect Snow Flake.

They are also going to start Christmas Event too, from the information given we are suppose to collect 25K of Christmas Party Ticket. I foresee it will be another disappointment like the Pre Patch Event, but this time Foxy is not longer around to receive the result of my farming. Not sure why they want to make a separate map for all event, at least normal mob still drop Easter Egg and Empty Basket. I never bother to do the Summer Event, but I still do the Halloween Map just for the Pumpkin.

They should make Tairan Center and Event Map like Personal Dungeon like Temple of Forgetfulness, at least player can avoid the crowd and doesn't have to fight over limited farming spot. I realized that I didn't reform the Gift of Star Accessory for the Royal Knight Boss Killer, after I had done that it seem like Royal Knight now had higher Attack and Defense as compare to Ex Ranger. I was expecting Ex Ranger to have higher Damage due to the buff but it end up otherwise, guess the status still play a greater part in the character build.

 

P.S.:

Mob outside Christmas Map drop Santa Puzzle and Decoration, Daily Quest require to collect 500 of each type. But only Christmas Map drop Token and Party Invitation, the Gift Box that spawn every 2 hours give Lottery Ticket ad Quest Token.

They had decided to remove Cube Buff for the recent patch, a lot of players had been very upset about it. It had make Leveling more difficult, and a lot of players decided to just sit around for attendance and not going to do anything until they bring the Cube Buff back. It is not really all bad new, at least they did update the Item Mall with new stuffs even though some of the pricing doesn't really make sense. 

The Fall Event had also started, I was actually planning to farm some Boosters to help with the server economy until I encounter IP Block. It was not for a very long period, but since the Halloween Event is going to start on other server I decided to give this event a pass. Since there are no more Cube Buff, the Game Master Buff doesn't really appeal anybody much.

Aphelion:

Halloween Event had started, as expected the rewards are much better. I had save up all the Halloween Candy from the Tier Spender Rewards just to prepare for this event, manage to complete 4 Daily Quest with just 10% of the Candy. The remaining of the Quest would require me to collect Empty Basket and Pumpkin, as it require killing of same level mobs it will be a good time for me to do Extreme Juno for the Rune.

I might also consider doing the Red Bull Quest for the Wing after I had finish with the Rune from Extreme Juno Quest, then it will be Frost Core, Gliese and Maze. Manage to get 6 Costume Box from the Daily Quest, 3 for Night Shadow, 2 for Rogue and 1 for Mage, decided to dress up a few of my toon to match the Halloween Event. Hopefully I will be able to get Knight, Healer, Sorcerer and Titan one to complete the whole collection, with the amount of candy I had left I should be able to complete Daily Quest for another 18 more days without any effort.  

Manage to see Beamer join the server, I give him the same stuffs which I gave Mad Spring before to help him. He had been very grateful for all the help I gave him, but it is really nothing much as there are always abundance of stuffs on this server. They will understand after playing for some time and they will do the same for other new players in the future when they got enough stuffs.
